Exercise and movement will be representative of being active, being energetic and of flowing energy. Lack of movement results in stagnant energy that’s waiting to move.

You put on weight because you are doing too much “waiting” to move, physically and often also metaphorically. You may be “waiting” to do something in life that you’re not allowing yourself to do.
