Context

If you give water to a thirsty man who traversed fifty miles in the sweltering hot desert, you will save his life. If someone is on a cruise ship falls overboard into the ocean and does not know how to swim, they can drown very easily. The water is the same water. It’s just the context of how the water was used that makes the difference.
