Why hugging feels so good..

Mums have always known that a cuddle works wonders and
now scientists have confirmed that hugging can reduce stress because it
helps to raise oxytocin levels. A study looked at the levels of oxytocin
and adrenaline before and after couples had a cuddle. A 20 second cuddle
lowered adrenaline and increased levels of oxytocin.
