Power of Thought Test

This test by Jack Canfield shows the power of thought.

1.) Stand up and put one of your arms in front of you. Think "I’m going to resist anyone pushing my arm down", and get a friend to try and push your arm down, thinking all the while you have to resist the force with as much strength as you can. Note the result.

2.) Now close your eyes and think, 10 times to yourself the statement "I am a weak and unworthy person". Try to feel that statement. Now open youreyes, extend your arm and get your friend to push down your arm. What happens now?

3.) Now close your eyes and rpeat 10 times the statement "I am a strong and worthy person" Open your eyes, extend your arm and let your friend try and push down your arm. What happens now?
