Shoulds –> Musts

There are lots of things we know we should do:
We should spend more time with our family
We should be nicer to our loved ones
We should make more money
We should eat more healthily
We should put more enthusiasm into our work
We should volunteer for a cause we believe in and give more to charity
We should succeed in our efforts

Turn your shoulds into musts.
Otherwise you should all over yourself! and this makes nothing better.
If you turn your shoulds into musts, and not just intellectual musts. It’s a must where you passionately feel "That’s IT! No more should! Should is not exceptable to me for another second!" These musts are in your very being, they will become part of you and you won’t go back.
