Emotions and the Ocean

Human emotions are like the Ocean.

At the surface of the Ocean, there may be
Calm. The surface may look like a beautiful, stable, calm mirror.
But sometimes there may be storms and choppy seas.

No matter what happens at the surface of the Ocean, it has depth.
And at the bottom of the sea, things remain more or less the same.

The key to happiness is to make the bottom of the sea as peaceful as possible so that no matter what happens on the surface, the Ocean draws from the strength of its depth.
